Retok went through a restructuring process, and in addition to the redesign of the brand, I was responsible for creating an app to ensure security and practicality and increase the trust and satisfaction of the customer/user in relation to the company's services.
Issues Detected
Boat owners usually have difficulties both in hiring the services and in keeping up with the contracted services. They are concerned with the duration of the service, especially when their vessel is used for work, the quality of the service provided and the reputation of the company, in addition to the cost of the service. Therefore, reliability, speed, quality and transparency are fundamental factors for the satisfaction of these customers.
